About the Episode:
In today’s episode, we’re talking to James Clear, the prolific blogger with an audience of more than 428,000 readers who get his weekly content on how to create better habits, make better decisions, and live better lives.
James has an uncanny ability to combine his research into biology, neuroscience, psychology, and philosophy together in a way that’s directly applicable to the business world.
James is now the author of Atomic Habits—a book that came out yesterday and I’m staring at my copy of it right now.
I could not recommend Atomic Habits more highly, especially if you’re looking for evidence-based self-improvement strategies that’ll teach you how to make the small changes with the goal of transforming your habits and delivering real impact in your life. This was another great interview! I found out about James when he ran the Passive Panda blog and I’ve been a fan ever since. I love how he said that his goal at the beginning of his journey was to have control over his time. That goal has a very powerful frame and is a lot more fulfilling than the typical, “I want to make $XX, XXX per month.” Really enjoyed this interview!
Right?! James is so insightful to listen to (and take actionable advice from)… I’ve literally replayed this interview 3 times already 😂
