I’m more interested about your experience and interests. I’m sure you could do well as a real estate agent or broker given the right relationships and willingness to work for it.
Just because a market is growing (or real estate is becoming more expensive) doesn’t mean you’ll be able to just hop in and make a killing doing little work.
Have you worked with real estate in the past?

Congratulations on your post, very efficient and productive.
Yes, we are all trying to start a side hustle.
I am hoping to open a real-estate company ( with a franchise support at the beginning)
The market here in UK is expanding every year so I think it’s never to late to open one.
What do you think?
