I couldn’t agree more! Having a set of criteria to measure whether or not an opportunity is worth your time investment (and prioritizing when you get to it) is imperative to staying focused on achieving your ultimate goals. Are you working on a business right now, yourself?

Thanks so much for sharing this information. You know, we get so wrapped up in saying yes to everything in an effort to elevate our opportunities but we never really take a step back to determine how it impacts or is a detriment as it relates to the success of our businesses.

This will be helpful for me… I will now begin to ask myself before saying yes, “Is this really the best use of my time?” “Will this really make a positive impact on key objectives?”

Ryan! Thanks so much for sharing our post about Trello Using that tool in particular really helped me hone in on what’s important. As a creative entrepreneur (and working full time), there’s a lot of ideas swirling in my head alongside priorities for everything I’m doing not only for Selz, but my own platform. We’ve also integrated Trello with the Sunrise calendar, which is super helpful when creating a content calendar as it links it up together. I’m sure there are heaps of other ways to use Trello to prioritize what’s important, depending on someone’s business goals. I’ve found that simply writing it down helps a bunch — it also keeps you focused! Bookmarking your site for my own use and also for some of our sellers who are still working full-time 🙂 Cheers!
