This is a decision only you can ultimately make! I understand the competing priorities of choosing a niche (education) that you’re more personally interested in/excited about… vs a niche (finance) with what you believe will be higher earning potential. Personally, I’d tell you to start the blog that energizes you most… education. If your heart isn’t in the finance content, you’ll most likely get burnt out and eventually want to give up on that site if it’s not immediately successful (speaking from personal experience on choosing a niche that my heart wasn’t in 😅). If you only have the time/resources to do one blog—which I think is almost always the right thing to focus on just one blog at a time when you’re in the early stages—I’d choose educational based on reading your comment, but if you’re also interested in finance & think you can write about those topics for the next year without getting bored/frustrated, that could still be a viable option!

Well I am currently working on my second blog and earning from this blog is very less so I want to start a new blog.

I don’t have the money to outsource the work. I will do all my work. I will manage both my blogs.

2. How to manage both the blogs effectively?
